Ridgefield Economic Summit

On October 11, 2023, about 50 community members gathered for our first Economic Summit. We wanted to take a look at the state of the economy and economic development from a few different perspectives.
Noah Blanton presented a comprehensive, national economic snapshot looking at several sectors and their relationship to others. He then focused on our State and County economic picture. Click here to view the presentation.
City Manager Steve Stuart then presented similar statistics focusing on our Ridgefield economy.
Another vital part of our local economic development is the Port of Ridgefield’s activities. Port CEO Randy Mueller presented an informative overview of the Port’s objectives, work and focus on the future.
